You won't just be building a product; you'll be building the engine other products are built on. Here you bridge the technical and business worlds, working closely with engineering, architecture, and internal product teams to define and evolve the APIs, integrations, and shared services that make Conga's ecosystem thrive. Your decisions ripple across every product team and every customer. You'll be setting standards, defining developer experiences, and making the hard trade-offs that balance internal needs with external extensibility. You have the technical depth to engage with engineers at the architecture level, and the strategic mindset to translate platform capabilities into measurable business value. If you're energized by solving foundational, high-leverage problems — this one's for you. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto"> </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Are you the person we’re looking for?</span></strong><strong><span data-contrast="auto"> </span></strong><span data-contrast="auto"> </span><span data-contrast="auto"> </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Platform & API Product Experience.</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto"> You have 7+ years of product management experience with a focus on platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing products in a B2B SaaS environment.  You have a proven track record of owning APIs, integration frameworks, or shared platform services — and you deeply understand what it means to treat internal teams as your customers. Experience with major ecosystem platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft, SAP, or Oracle is strongly desired.  Knowledge of data movement using orchestration such as ADF,  and schema/metadata management is important.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Technical Fluency.</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto"> You are comfortable in conversations about system architecture, API design (REST, GraphQL, webhooks), authentication/authorization frameworks, data models, and scalability.  Familiarity with data pipeline and ETL/ELT concepts, ML-based platform services. Experience delivering search capabilities as a shared platform service.  You don't need to write the code, but you need to understand the trade-offs behind the decisions. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Developer & Internal Customer Empathy.</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto"> Platform PMs serve two kinds of customers: the external customers who ultimately use Conga products, and the internal engineering teams who build on your platform. You know how to gather requirements from both, write clear and actionable platform specs, and define SLAs and versioning policies that keep everyone unblocked. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Roadmap & Prioritization.</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto"> You will own the platform roadmap — balancing foundational investment, feature requests from internal product teams, technical debt, and strategic extensibility initiatives.
