Direct Support Professional - Counselor Aide

Harbor is seeking a Counselor Aide to join the Toledo team! Counselor Aides are responsible for providing clients with direct support and engagement, facilitating group therapy, monitoring and documenting, and crisis responsiveness. Position is part-time 24 hours per week, 1st shift 6:45a-3:15p, and works rotating weekends. Due to the sensitive nature of the position and the need to protect the privacy and safety of female residents, this position is open to female applicants only. This is a bona fide occupational qualification (BFOQ) under Title VII.
