Senior Programme Officer Division of Industrial Data Science (Post Ref.: 26/133) The appointee is expected to Responsibilities • Provide administrative support to Taught postgraduate programme, including but not limited to admission exercise, student record management, centralised academic exercises, related student activities and quality assurance matters • Write reports and provide secretarial support to programme committees and meetings • Liaise with internal departments/units and external organisations to coordinate programme-related activities and events • Assist with logistics and promotions for academic events, and support student recruitment initiatives to strengthen outreach and engagement • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Person-in-Charge or his/her delegates • Work outside normal office hours and/or outside Hong Kong, China occasionally
