Position Type: Property Services Officer | Employment Status: Permanent/Full-time | Classification Level: ESO2 The Opportunity Xavier College is seeking skilled and motivated Property Services Officers to join our Facilities team on a permanent, full-time basis, commencing as soon as possible. Working across multiple campuses and reporting to the Facilities Operations Manager, these roles offer variety, stability and the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the life of the College. The Property Services Officer supports the effective maintenance of College buildings, grounds and facilities by undertaking a range of routine and non-routine maintenance and grounds tasks. Working under general supervision, this role focuses on hands-on maintenance, grounds care, safe operation of plant and equipment, and supporting contractors to ensure facilities are safe, functional and compliant with WHS requirements.
