We’re looking for a dedicated and motivated Casual Console Operator to join our team on a rotating shift roster, including overnight and weekend work. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering exceptional customer service while working independently. What makes this role exciting: You’ll be working in a modern, purpose-built roadhouse designed to deliver a premium customer experience and you’ll play a key role in bringing that experience to life overnight. As a Console Operator, you will: Deliver outstanding, customer-first service Operate the console and manage cash handling accurately Maintain high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising Manage stock and replenish as required Adhere to strict safety standards and manual handling procedures Maintain cleanliness and presentation across the store This role requires occasional after-hours support and a strong commitment to operational excellence.
