Moroccan Bath Associate (Hammam Therapist)

Key Responsibilities: Perform authentic Moroccan Hammam treatments following Sofitel and spa standards. Ensure the highest level of guest comfort, hygiene, and satisfaction. Prepare and maintain the Hammam treatment area and equipment. Recommend suitable spa treatments and retail products to guests. Maintain professional knowledge of spa treatments, products, and wellness practices. Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards Previous experience as a Moroccan Bath/Hammam Therapist in a luxury hotel or spa. Strong knowledge of traditional Moroccan bath rituals and techniques. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
