Adjunct Instructor - Special Education

Special Instructions to Applicants Applications for Part-time Special Education (SPE) Adjunct Faculty will be accepted on an ongoing basis and will be reviewed as needed. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for visa sponsorship. Job Summary Special Education Adjunct Faculty assist with the instructional delivery of courses taken by both program majors and non-majors. Special Education adjunct faculty teach up to 6 hours [2 – 3hour courses] per semester. Typical courses focus on Introduction to Disabilities and/or Special Education, Assessment, Intervention, classroom management, math. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Instruction in traditional and online formats. Assessment of student learning outcomes. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Performance of other duties as assigned.
