Senior Director, Value Stream

The Senior Director, Value Stream has end to end responsibility for a specified grouping of product forms. The position’s focus is primarily on driving continuous improvement across all areas of the supply chain (i.e., operational productivity, customer service, safety, profit, etc.). The Senior Director, Value Stream develops manufacturing strategies to optimize results across the end-to-end product family supply chain. The position works closely with engineering, maintenance, continuous improvement, planning, quality, safety, accounting, and logistics to effectively plan, direct, and coordinate all activities of production to include safety, quality, production, and cost control
