As our new </span><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Business Intelligence Developer</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto">, you'll play a key role in designing and delivering modern data solutions that transform complex information into meaningful business insights.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">This is an exciting opportunity to work across enterprise-wide initiatives, modernising our data platform while leveraging technologies including Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Power BI, SQL and PySpark. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business functions to develop scalable reporting, analytics and data engineering solutions that enable better business decisions globally.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">What You'll Do</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">As part of our Digital & Technology team, you will:</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Design, build and optimise scalable data warehouse and reporting solutions using modern Microsoft technologies. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Develop and maintain ETL pipelines, cloud-based data integrations and enterprise reporting platforms. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Create intuitive Power BI dashboards and data models that provide actionable business insights. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Improve data quality, performance and reliability across enterprise data platforms. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Contribute to Bradken's data modernisation initiatives, including AI-enabled analytics and next-generation data engineering capabilities. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">What We're Looking For</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">You are passionate about solving business problems through data and enjoy working in a collaborative environment where innovation is encouraged.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">You'll ideally bring:</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience). </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience developing Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse or Data Engineering solutions. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong SQL/T-SQL skills with experience designing dimensional data models. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX and enterprise reporting. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience building ETL/data integration solutions using SSIS, Azure Data Factory or Microsoft Fabric. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience working with cloud data platforms and modern data engineering tools such as PySpark. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Experienced in developing and supporting business process automation solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub or CI/CD practices will be highly regarded.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Job Location:</span></strong><span data-contrast="auto"> Coimbatore is preferred;
