General Manager

Lead. Improve. Drive Results. We're looking for a hands-on General Manager to lead and optimize warehouse and distribution operations in a high-volume environment. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll develop people, improve processes, promote a culture of safety, and directly influence operational performance, customer service, and profitability. Responsibilities Lead daily warehouse and distribution operations to deliver exceptional service, operational excellence, and strong financial performance. Champion a culture of safety by promoting safe work practices and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Coach, mentor, and develop warehouse leaders and team members to build a high-performing organization. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Optimize order fulfillment, logistics, and warehouse operations to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Evaluate workflows, staffing, and operational processes to identify opportunities that increase productivity, improve service levels, and control costs. Develop, monitor, and leverage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive operational results. Establish and maintain standardized operating procedures (SOPs) that promote consistency, quality, and operational excellence. Identify operational challenges, implement practical solutions, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with leaders across the organization to align operations with company goals and support long-term business success.
