We are seeking an experienced IT Hardware Support Engineer with a focus on IT Projects and relevant activities. This role aims to provide not only support in troubleshooting of high-performance server hardware, including GPU clusters, but also implementations of additional infrastructure components on production sites.</p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="636" data-local-id="4c73adcbfa2c">Apart from being involved in resolution of complex hardware incidents, proactive handling of L1/L2 support via the ticketing system, you will work in collaboration with the Technical Project Manager.
