Summary The Business Assurance Team provides independent, enterprise-wide oversight of governance, risk management, compliance, and operational resilience. As a strategic second-line function, the team enables executive leadership to proactively manage risks, ensure regulatory and ethical compliance, and strengthen organizational resilience. Through proactive risk identification, assessment, and continuous monitoring, the team drives effective risk mitigation, enhances operational stability, and delivers continuous, data-driven improvement across the organization. • Governance, Risk & Compliance • Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) • Enterprise Policies & Governance Responsibilities 1) Business Risk Analysis (Enterprise Risk Management) • Identify key business and operational risks and conduct risk impact analysis. • Develop risk mitigation plans and monitor execution status. • Design and maintain the enterprise GRC / ERM framework aligned with COSO ERM, ISO standards, and OECD principles. • Incorporate IT risks, affiliate risks, and third-party risks into the enterprise risk taxonomy, risk assessments, and reporting. 2) Operational Process Review & Internal Control Enhancement • Review end-to-end operational processes to detect control gaps and inefficiencies. • Recommend process improvements and strengthen internal controls. • Support the Three Lines Model by providing risk insights and control assurance to leadership. • Conduct operational process reviews and internal control enhancement activities to affiliates. 3) Revenue / Cost Leakage Audit & Assurance • Audit potential revenue leakage and cost overstatement issues across GUS operations including the affiliates. • Validate billing accuracy, cost allocation, and operational transactions. • Support corrective action plans and prevent recurring issues through root-cause analysis and control redesign. 4) Enterprise Policy & Governance Framework • Own and manage the enterprise policy lifecycle (drafting, review, approval, communication, and periodic updates). • Review and update corporate policies and SOPs to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational effectiveness. • Provide compliance guidance and internal training as required. • Coordinate with the senior management and process owners to establish governance requirements and minimum control expectations for affiliates, including alignment to enterprise policies, local procedure mapping, and periodic compliance validation. • Support the development and maintenance of governance standards for IT controls including required documentation, evidence, and reporting expectations. All benefits pursuant to Company policy Skills & Qualifications • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration Required • Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Required • Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management Required Education & Experience • Bachelor's Degree Required • Master's Degree Preferred • 7 - 10 Years of Direct Experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, and/or Automotive Industry Required • 8 - 13 Years of Direct Experience Preferred • 1 - 3 Years of Supervisory Experience Required Glovis America, Inc. adheres to the equal employment opportunity guidelines set forth by federal, state, and local laws.
