About this role
The Lead Technician is responsible for overseeing and supporting the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of high-speed filling and packaging equipment in a GMP manufacturing environment. This role serves as the senior technical resource on the production floor, ensuring reliability and uptime across platforms including Groninger fillers, PKB filling systems, JG volumetric fillers, Kalix cartoners, Sollas cellophane wrapping machines, labeling systems, checkweighers, and auxiliary packaging equipment
