RBT 1 - FT

Position Overview : Academy ABA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. As an RBT, you will work directly with children and adults under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and provide direct support to clients to help them develop valuable life skills.   Key Responsibilities : Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs under the supervision of a BCBA. Provide 1:1 therapy to clients in a clinic setting. Collect and record data on client behavior, skill progress, and treatment outcomes. Collaborate with families, BCBAs, and other team members to ensure effective service delivery. Provide support and encouragement to clients, ensuring a positive and engaging therapy environment. Communicate effectively with families and caregivers regarding client progress, needs, and behavior. Attend and participate in regular team meetings and supervision sessions. Ensure all ABA services are delivered in alignment with ethical standards and professional guidelines.
