THE GAME PLAN Everyone on our team has a part to play As a UX Researcher on the New Ventures team, you will collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team including Product, Product Design, Content Design, Engineering, Marketing, Commercial, and Analytics to continue bringing user insights to the product design and development process. In this role you will be required to: &nbsp; <ul> <li>Demonstrate an advanced understanding of our users and how they engage with our products. &nbsp;</li> <li>Demonstrate a solid understanding of the product under study, including the relevant journeys, user needs, challenges, and the FanDuel business. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Successfully organize, facilitate, and analyze unmoderated and medium-complexity moderated user research, while taking measurable steps to learn how to conduct more complex studies. &nbsp;</li> <li>Translate business questions or hypotheses into research objectives and a clear research plan. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Demonstrate storytelling skills by clearly and succinctly communicating research findings across various formats, while connecting it back to the business and customer goals (the “so what?”). &nbsp;</li> <li>Identify and clearly articulate areas for improvement based on research findings. &nbsp;</li> <li>Conduct heuristic analyses and make recommendations based on best practices. &nbsp; </li> </ul> THE STATS What we're looking for in our next teammate <ul> <li>Minimum of 3+ years of previous User Experience Research experience. &nbsp;</li> <li>Strong knowledge of User Experience Research methodologies and best practices. &nbsp;</li> <li>Demonstrated success working as part of a cross-functional team that includes UX Design, Product, and Engineering. &nbsp;</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills. &nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Knowledge of sports and/or experience working within a heavily regulated industry is a plus.</li> </ul> Don’t check all the boxes?
