In this role, you'd be leading the reliability and maintenance team, making sure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard You'd be the go-to person for equipment reliability, ensuring asset issues are responded to quickly and effectively to minimize downtime A big focus is planning and executing plant outages and maintenance activities while keeping costs and budgets under control You'll drive reliability programs like preventive and predictive maintenance, root cause analysis, spare parts management, and effective use of the EAM system We're looking for someone who is always identifying opportunities to improve safety, reliability, performance, and overall operating costs You'll provide technical expertise on mechanical equipment, support troubleshooting and inspections, and help solve complex equipment challenges A key part of the role is analyzing failures, leading root cause investigations, and implementing corrective actions and maintenance strategies to prevent repeat issues You'll also lead the Mechanical Integrity program, ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, and develop and mentor the reliability team to build long-term capability
