Grounds Technician

Groundskeepers ensure the community looks beautiful for our residents at all times. As a successful Groundskeeper/Laborer, you will be part of a team that provides unmatched service in the apartment industry. The Groundskeeper acts under the direction of the Property Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor Manager and is responsible for the cleanliness of the community grounds. Responsibilities will include the daily upkeep of the property, buildings, grounds, walkways, and parking areas, which includes cleaning and removing trash, power washing, assistance with the setup and takedown of outdoor events or decorations, snow removal, etc. You must be comfortable with heavy lifting and working outdoors in all-weather conditions.
