VML, part of WPP, supports WPP Enterprise Solutions by helping brands activate transformation through creativity and experience.</p></div><h3>Marketing Project Manager required to manage the delivery of our projects within a specific market remit.</h3> <h3>The opportunity</h3> <p><span data-contrast="auto">Operating as the main Project Manager for market coordination between the Global team and key regions and markets, the Project Manager will manage all elements of market coordination across three core channels: brochures, websites, and the digital configurator, as well as having specific responsibility for resolving issues at a regional level.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335557856":16777215,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">The Project Manager will be capable and confident in resolving issues and able to work autonomously. This role is pivotal to our internal global organization, with the dedicated regional markets serving as the primary client base. This is a truly global position that requires someone who can manage expectations, deliver projects against tight timelines, and communicate effectively across all levels.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335557856":16777215,"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p> <h3>What you’ll be doing</h3> <ul> <li>Lead your designated market, be the main point of contact for issue resolution, but escalate when required</li> <li>Manage your clients to successfully deliver print collateral and launch websites according to agreed timings for their designated market(s)</li> <li>Build strong and robust relationships with your JLR Global and local clients</li> <li>Understand that the Project Manager role reports to JLR Global and that the delivery of translated Global assets into local market is the role’s core objective, rather than the localisation of Global assets</li> <li>Ensure you are communicating effectively any changes, updates, work coming in regularly to your clients</li> <li>Become a ‘market specialist’ – understanding each of the markets in depth and taking ownership for identified projects</li> <li>Ensure all timings in the critical path are adhered to without fail</li> <li>Collaborate with internal teams and the external Agency partners to resolve issues</li> <li>Working with Senior Project Manager to establish and manage project plans through to delivery</li> <li>Where deadlines cannot be met, then work with the SPM to work up a manageable contingency plan</li> <li>Update status reports daily and complete timesheets</li> <li>Understand and adhere to the WoWs and processes</li> <li>Write clear and concise briefing documents in a timely manner for all stages of the project delivery to enable teams to act quickly on all instructions</li> <li>Understand the overall critical path for the market projects and the client agreed SLA’s for delivery</li> <li>Take responsibility for all QC and ensuring the correct approval signatures have been given both internally and externally</li> </ul> <h3>What we want from you</h3> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience in managing marketing projects, such as: print collateral (brochures), web platforms, and digital interactive tools </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335551550":0,"335551620":0,"335557856":16777215,"335559738":60,"335559739":60}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">You will have previously worked as a project manager withing large marketing projects </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335551550":0,"335551620":0,"335557856":16777215,"335559738":60,"335559739":60}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Proven ability to manage project timelines and budgets</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335551550":0,"335551620":0,"335557856":16777215,"335559738":60,"335559739":60}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Track record of deploying centralized global assets into regional/local markets, maintaining brand consistency rather than creating ad-hoc local assets.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335551550":0,"335551620":0,"335557856":16777215,"335559738":60,"335559739":60}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong relationships with global teams, regional clients, and external agency partners, acting as a trusted main point of contact.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335551550":0,"335551620":0,"335557856":16777215,"335559738":60,"335559739":60}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Outstanding time-management skills with a proven history of strictly adhering to critical paths, SLAs, and tight project deadlines.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335551550":0,"335551620":0,"335557856":16777215,"335559738":60,"335559739":60}"> </span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels, with a track record of writing clear, concise briefing documents that drive quick, actionable outcomes.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"335551550":0,"335551620":0,"335557856":16777215,"335559738"
