Come grow with us.</strong></p> <p></p></div><p>shift: mid shift 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM</p> <p> </p> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 8pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 12.0pt;">The Program Coordinator (PC I, PC II, PC III) is responsible for providing direct care and supervision to patients within inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization levels of care at ERC Pathlight. Program Coordinators maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic milieu while supporting the implementation of individualized treatment plans.</p> <p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 8pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 12.0pt;">PCs provide patient supervision, maintain structure and boundaries, support therapeutic programming, assist with mealtime support, and complete required documentation.
