Junior IT Recruiter

As we continue expanding, we are looking for a <strong>Junior Recruiter in Moldova</strong>.</p> <p><span data-teams="true">This is a great opportunity for someone who already has experience in recruitment and is eager to grow into technical hiring. You'll work alongside experienced recruiters, learn modern sourcing techniques, gain a solid understanding of the IT market, and gradually take ownership of your own recruitment processes.</span></p> <h2>What You Will Do:</h2> <p></p> <ul> <li>Support full-cycle recruitment for technical positions with guidance from experienced recruiters;</li> <li>Learn how to source IT professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, referrals, and other modern tools;</li> <li>Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidates' motivation, communication skills, and cultural fit;</li> <li>Coordinate interviews and maintain smooth communication with candidates throughout the hiring process;</li> <li>Partner with hiring managers and senior recruiters to understand hiring needs;</li> <li>Maintain candidate records in the ATS and keep recruitment data up to date;</li> <li>Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment events;</li> <li>Continuously develop your knowledge of technologies, the IT market, and recruitment best practices;</li> </ul> <p></p> <h2>What You Bring:</h2> <p></p> <ul> <li>1+ year of experience in recruitment (IT or non-IT);</li> <li>Strong interest in technology and willingness to build a career in technical recruitment;</li> <li>Fluency in Romanian and Russian; English at Intermediate+ level or higher;</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;</li> <li>Curiosity, initiative, and a genuine desire to learn quickly;</li> <li>Strong organizational and time-management skills;</li> <li>Experience with LinkedIn, ATS systems, or sourcing tools is a plus but not required;</li> </ul> <p></p> <h2>What Do We Offer?</h2> <ul> <li>Close collaboration with an experienced international Talent Acquisition team;</li> <li>100+ technical and non-technical training programs for professional development;</li> <li>Career growth opportunities within a global organization;</li> <li>Health insurance;</li> <li>Corporate events, team activities, and internal community initiatives.</li> </ul>
