The Engineer will assist a Project Manager to lead design, mentor younger staff, and prepare PS&E deliverables on projects with complex features.   Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist Project Manager in managing civil/traffic projects Review completed project documents for conformity and quality assurance Perform administrative duties related to managing a project (invoicing, budget tracking, and schedule tracking) Assist upper-level management and staff as a technical specialist or advisor Assist in preparation of proposals Develop scope and fee for projects
