Maintain asset inventory management system via e-commerce ordering platform & fulfill distribution requests as orders are placed. Inventory all event & demo assets, coupons, POS, printed assets, tradeshow assets, cups, coolers, merch, etc. accurately and restock as needed. Ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped in accordance with request and quality control standards of cold perishable items to minimize spoilage. Forecast and place all product orders and innovation samples for sales meetings, market development needs, and marketing gifting, while continuously maintaining inventory and monitoring shelf life. Support in office fulfillment tasks. Manages ERP inputs and process vendor invoicing. Pick up marketing materials from vendors at will call, as needed.
