Perform scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms as required, including re-touch painting, replacing AC filters, and all other general repairs and touch-ups to resort/hotel rooms. Ensures that all appliances and fixtures are present in the unit and in working order and that all surfaces and general structure are in good repair. Maintain, install, and repair in accordance with the property room preventative maintenance procedures and standards guidelines. Perform miscellaneous minor repairs such as tightening loose toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching holes in walls.
