That's why we deliver sure rewards for exceptional performance and offer industry-leading benefits.&nbsp; Come join the team!&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong><strong>The Opportunity:</strong></p> <p>The IT Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and executing IT initiatives with a strong focus on AI, RPA, and information security, while supporting business operations through system development, integration, and IT planning.</p> <p>This role requires a process-oriented mindset, deep understanding of service and business workflows, and the ability to translate operational needs into effective IT solutions rather than focusing solely on programming languages.</p> <p>Korean bilingual proficiency is required to effectively communicate with Korean-speaking stakeholders, support cross-functional collaboration, and ensure accurate understanding of business and operational requirements.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>IT Strategy &amp; Planning</p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute IT plans aligned with business objectives and operational priorities</li> <li>Lead IT planning activities including system roadmap, budget planning, and technology adoption strategy</li> <li>Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams</li> </ul> <p>AI / RPA Implementation</p> <ul> <li>Identify opportunities for AI and RPA to improve service processes and operational efficiency</li> <li>Lead or manage the design, development, and deployment of AI/RPA solutions</li> <li>Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on AI/RPA initiatives</li> <li>System Development &amp; Integration</li> <li>Manage system development and integration projects, including ERP, internal platforms, and third-party systems</li> <li>Ensure stable operation and scalability of integrated systems</li> <li>Oversee system testing, deployment, and post implementation support</li> </ul> <p>Information Security</p> <ul> <li>Establish and maintain information security policies, controls, and compliance practices</li> <li>Manage access control, data protection, and security risk assessments</li> <li>Coordinate with internal audit, legal, and compliance teams as needed</li> </ul> <p>Operational Support &amp; Governance</p> <ul> <li>Support IT operations with a strong understanding of service workflows and business processes</li> <li>Manage IT vendors, contracts, and service performance</li> <li>Develop and maintain IT documentation, standards, and procedures</li> </ul> <p><strong>Education / Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required;
