About this role

Performs various front desk and phlebotomy duties in an ambulatory laboratory setting including such functions as complete demographic and insurance registration, scheduling patients and/or verifying insurance information, phlebotomy specimen collection and quality checks of samples. Must be fully certified in patient registration and phlebotomy; and other duties as assigned. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred Completion of an accredited program in Phlebotomy 5-10 years of Phlebotomy experience Two to three years medical office experience General understanding and application of basic accounting principles PC proficiency Strong customer service skills <
