POSITION DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this job is to plan and supervise the nursing care delivered to acutely ill adult and geriatric patients in the Senior Behavioral Health Unit per all standards governing our facility. Maintains overall departmental operations in accordance with the facilities mission and philosophy. Participates and maintains performance improvement activities to assure highest standards of care.
