Preventive Mt Technician - Preventive Maintenance

Candidates need to have 1 year of mechanical experience and be able to troubleshoot various mechanical equipment including air handling equipment, glycol heating systems, air compressors, and vacuum pumps. Be able to change air filters, belts, bearings, maintain water softeners, and rebuild air handlers. Be able to work on ladders and man lifts. The right candidate needs to be a self starter, work independently and/or in a team environment. Must be willing and able to successfully pass the University-required respirator fit test within one month of the start date.
