margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 11.0pt;">Retrain patients in ADLs (dressing, bathing, meal prep, etc.) </span></li> <li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 11.0pt;">Assess and report on patient progress, function, and home safety needs </span></li> <li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 11.0pt;">Educate patients and caregivers on techniques, exercises, and safety strategies </span></li> <li style="margin-top: 0; font-size: 11.0pt;">We’re seeking COTAs who understand the independence and clinical awareness required in home health:</p> <ul style="margin-top: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;" type="disc"> <li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 11.0pt;">Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program </span></li> <li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 11.0pt;">Active COTA license/certification in the state of practice </span></li> <li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0; vertical-align: middle;"><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: 11.0pt;">Home Health experience strongly preferred </span></li> <li style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0;
