Head of Finance and Controlling Cluster Austria / Hungary / Serbia (m/f/d)

You will supervise and manage Finance, Accounting, and Controlling operations across multiple business units Also, you will ensure high quality and timely execution of financial activities including accounting, financial planning, reporting, fiscal procedures, treasury, cost control, and investment analyses You will establish measurable goals and performance expectations for individuals and teams to drive business performance Managing and developing financial performance review processes and implement corrective actions and mitigation measures will be part of your tasks Further, you will oversee allocation and controlling of capital expenditures and support business case development for investments You will lead projects that drive profitable growth and continuous improvement of financial processes, procedures, and systems Additionally, you will support compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal control standards, including audit processes and integrated management system requirements You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize financial tools, ERP systems, and reporting processes In this role you will manage and support mergers and acquisitions, strategic initiatives, and asset investment/divestment projects You will lead and coach a multinational team, fostering professional development, succession planning, and talent attraction
