Job Title: Middle School Substitute Teacher Job Status: Part-Time, As-Needed  Reports to: Middle School Director   New Roads School is seeking a part-time Middle school substitute teacher to cover courses for specified periods when the regular teacher is unavailable. The substitute teacher is a part-time temporary employee that is called on an as-need basis.    ESSENTIAL DUTIES Substitute Teachers will ensure the continuation of the instructional program in the absence of the regular teacher, following the regular teacher's lesson plans Maintain a professional attitude in the classroom Experience working in various schools Ability to communicate with a diverse audience
