Maintenance Technician - Night Shift

Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support day‑to‑day operations in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and facility systems to maximize uptime, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, safety‑focused, and comfortable working with mechanical and electrical systems. Key Responsibilities Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance on manufacturing equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Perform basic high‑voltage electrical troubleshooting safely and effectively Maintain auxiliary equipment such as compressors, chillers, conveyors, and related systems Accurately document maintenance activities and repairs Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime and improve efficiency Follow all safety policies, including LOTO, OSHA , and other site safety procedures Maintain tools, organize work areas, and assist with spare parts inventory Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and equipment documentation (nice to have, not required)
