DevOps Engineer - US

<div>What you'll do:</div> <ul> <li><strong>Automation:</strong> Develop scripts and tools to automate repetitive tasks</li> <li><strong>CI/CD Pipelines:</strong> Design, build and maintain our deployment pipelines, keeping our software delivery fast and efficient</li> <li><strong>IaC</strong>: Using IaC tools, including terraform and ansible to provision both cloud and on-prem infrastructure</li> <li><strong>Collaboration</strong>: Work closely with our trading and development teams to reduce bottlenecks and improve our systems</li> <li><strong>Monitoring and Alerting</strong>: Not only monitor our systems but build out new metrics, alerts and dashboard to give greater visibility into the health of the system</li> <li><strong>Troubleshooting</strong>: Handle real-time operational issues in a efficient and prompt manner</li> <li><strong>SQL:</strong> Work with our SQL databases, including storage, security and performance</li> <li>Other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <div><br><br>Skills you'll need</div> <ul> <li>Python experience strongly preferred</li> <li>SQL experience preferred</li> <li>Prior DevOps experience essential</li> <li>Terraform/Ansible/Kubernetes experience preferred</li> <li>Ability to multi-task and keep an eye on things while working</li> <li>Ability to manage competing priorities in real-time</li> <li>Strong communication skills</li> <li>Strong Linux skills</li> <li>Strong problem solving skills</li> <li>Strong attention to detail</li> <li>Reliable and predictable availability</li> </ul> <div><br><br>This role is 4 days on, 4 days off rotation, covering US evenings and Weekends</div>
