Residential Aide - Cochegan House (Uncasville)

Position: Residential Aide Program : Cochegan House Location : Uncasville Salary : $20.00/hour Schedule : Full time, 32 hours, 3rd shift, Saturday-Tuesday (11-7a)   RESIDENTIAL AIDES CAN EARN UP TO $1,500 SIGN-ON BONUS AT THE CONNECTION!!   Eligible candidates (starting July 28, 2026) can earn up to a $1,500 sign-on bonus by joining The Connection as a Residential Aide.    If you, Are an external new hire Are assigned to work a regular part-time or full-time (non-per diem) Residential Aide Are an employee in good standing at each evaluation period   You will earn a $500 bonus after 90 days, an additional $500 after six months, and an additional $500 after one year!   Program Summary:  Cochegan House is a residential work release program providing case management, job readiness, and substance and mental health education to adult males who are under the supervision of DOC so they can successfully reenter their communities and avoid committing new offenses.   Position Summary: This Residential Aide- will utilize a strengths-based & client-centered approach, providing structure and supervision to justice involved men as they re-enter the community after a period of incarceration. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals in recovery and/or those who are justice involved  or   have a client/customer support background and be highly motivated to help others make positive change. An ability to be both structured and compassionate while maintaining professional and respectful boundaries is required.
