The Opportunity We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to help our team build and execute influencer marketing campaigns focused on driving measurable and efficient growth. You’ll be responsible for… - Creator Outreach, expanding the network of influencers we work with by identifying up-and-coming content creators - Campaign Operations including implementing deliverables and assisting with other general operational tasks to bring influencer marketing campaigns to life - Staying plugged in to creator culture and viral trends: you’re the go-to for knowing what’s big before it goes mainstream Who You Are - You love YouTube. You are passionate and knowledgeable about creators and the entertainment space. You are aware of viral internet moments as they happen. - You are proactive & resourceful. When you run into a problem, you find a solution. You think outside the box and go the extra mile to get things done. - You’re organized with a detail-oriented mindset What You Bring - At least one year of relevant and related work or internship experience in marketing, media buying, or business development - Strong work ethic and bias for action Compensation & Benefits: - Total OTE: $80,000-$100,000 - Base Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000 per year - On-Target Bonus: $20,000-$30,000 per year. - Unlimited PTO - Daily free lunch - Quarterly bonus structure - Comprehensive benefit coverage Additional Role Details: - This is a hybrid role located in New York City including three days on-site in our office.
