What You’ll Do Set up and operate CNC thread grinding machines Produce precision parts to tight tolerances Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and precision gauges Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting Maintain high quality and production standards Your work directly supports our commitment to delivering top-quality products to our customers. What We’re Looking For 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to read and interpret part prints Experience using micrometers, calipers, and precision measuring tools Solid math skills and mechanical aptitude Detail-oriented and quality-driven mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bonus Points For: Experience with CNC grinders Familiarity with grinding, milling, or other machining processes Who Thrives Here?
