Director, Product Management

We're seeking a Director of Product Management to join our Core Product team and lead the next chapter of product excellence at SoftWriters. This is a senior leadership role — net-new and purpose-built — to elevate the craft, velocity, and impact of product management across the organization. You'll coach and develop a team of PMs, build scalable product operations, and model the AI-native mindsets and habits that will power our next phase of enterprise-grade workflow transformation.
