Develop enablement plans that drive awareness, adoption, and long-term usage. </li> <li><span data-ccp-parastyle="heading 3">Facilitate workshops and training</span> </li> <li>Lead workshops, training sessions, office hours, and hands-on demonstrations for business users and leaders. Help teams understand not only how AI works, but how it can improve the way they work. </li> <li><span data-ccp-parastyle="heading 3">Serve as an AI advocate</span> </li> <li>Build excitement and confidence around AI adoption. Help stakeholders navigate concerns, answer questions, and identify opportunities to incorporate AI into day-to-day processes. </li> <li><span data-ccp-parastyle="heading 3">Partner with technical teams</span> </li> <li>Work alongside engineers, consultants, and delivery leaders to translate technical capabilities into practical business outcomes. </li> <li><span data-ccp-parastyle="heading 3">Support organizational adoption</span> </li> <li>Identify barriers to adoption and create communications, learning materials, and other resources that help users embrace new ways of working. </li> <li><span data-ccp-parastyle="heading 3">Measure success</span> </li> <li>Define and track adoption metrics, user engagement, and business outcomes.
