Scrub Technician (3873)

JOB SUMMARY This position is for a surgical scrub technician whose responsibility is to perform surgical technician and GI technician duties for both elective and emergency procedures in a variety of specialty areas.  Participates in activities that ensure the safe and efficient provision of surgical services to neonate, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations.  Refers unusual clinical problems to the registered nurse. The position reports to the Director of Surgical Services.
