What you´ll do Take ownership of workflow, productivity, and performance within your assigned manufacturing cell, ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time production. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and improve overall operational performance. Coordinate daily staffing and workload priorities, communicating production needs and reallocating resources to meet changing demands. Monitor process, quality, inventory, and equipment performance using data-driven analysis and implement corrective actions when needed. Support employee training, maintain accurate work instructions and documentation, and help build a high-performing, self-directed team environment. Champion safety, 5S, quality, TPM, and operational excellence standards while providing effective shift handoffs and cross-functional communication.
