Program Assistant, Enhanced Care Management

And, together, we find a way to turn that potential into reality.     Program and Role Summary The primary focus of the Program Assistant  is to provide comprehensive administrative support for the Enhanced Care Management program. This includes routine support services, electronic health record data entry, and various administrative tasks towards ensuring internal compliance and external compliance with collaborating agencies and contracted Medi-Cal Managed Care Plans. This role will support intakes, referrals, documentation and billing. It is essential in supporting all Medi-Cal Managed Care Plans systems, ensuring seamless integration and coordination across different platforms.
