Warehouse Specialist Job Description   Department: Supply Chain   Job Status: Full-Time   FLSA Status: Salary Non-Exempt   Reports To: Warehouse Manager   Location: Leetsdale, PA   Amount of Travel Required: None    Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m.- 7:00 p.m. (Overtime as needed)    Positions Supervised: None    AIP Level: 7     POSITION SUMMARY:  The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for performing various warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping goods. They manage the physical movement, staging, and organization of items within the warehouse. Additionally, the Warehouse Specialist supports both inbound and outbound processes by efficiently and safely loading, unloading, and handling materials.   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (The following duties and responsibilities are all essential job functions, as defined by the ADA, except for those that begin with the word "may.") • Operates forklifts or other material handling equipment safely and efficiently. • Loads and unloads trucks; verify and inspect incoming/outgoing shipments. • Performs put-away, replenishment, and order picking tasks with accuracy and care. • Accurately processes shipments using Radio Frequency Scanners or warehouse management systems. • Follows standard operating procedures and safety protocols. • Communicates low stock or damages to the warehouse team lead. • Maintains cleanliness, organization, and safe conditions in work areas. • Maintains a clean and hazard-free warehouse environment. • Assists in conducting cycle counts and reporting stock discrepancies. • Performs other related duties as assigned to assist with successful operations and business continuity.
