Essential Functions & Responsibilities  Produce product as described in the shop order                                      Set proper die clearance                                      Select proper punch grade                                      Select and apply proper lubrication                                      Detect when a tool needs to be serviced                                      Read shop order and set up a tool accordingly                                      Select and set proper feed roll pressure (MP)                                      Determine and set slide and stripper settings                                      Perform routine maintenance on machine                                      Sharpen and service tooling as required (TP)                                      Pull inventory and record usage
