SECURITY OFFICER

POSITION SUMMARY: Provide superior guest service to both internal and external guests while ensuring an honest, safe and secure gaming experience in a pleasant environment. Observes and reports violations to immediate supervisor and takes the appropriate actions. Patrols and promotes safety throughout the facility and properties.   ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Respond to emergency calls and situations throughout the property.   Provide protection of the Casino assets (includes guest’s and employees). Provide guest service consistent with departmental standards.   Maintain a professional, friendly appearance and demeanor at all times and in all situations.   Able to follow the directions of Security Supervisors, Lead Supervisor, Manager, and Director in timely and professional manner   Able to remain calm in stressful situations. Document in a concise, accurate manner and list in chronological order, events in a report   Ensure that gaming rules, Casino policies and procedures, internal controls and MICS are followed and document any violations.   Additionally, any and all other related duties as assigned.
