Center for Human Development’s (CHD) Adult Day Health is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team. We are excited to offer a $2000 sign on bonus. The Adult Day Health program located in Springfield, MA, provides adult day health services designed to meet the physical, functional and social needs of elderly and disabled persons. We offer a comprehensive array of services, including medical management, therapeutic programs, nutritional support, daily activities, mental stimulation and opportunities for social interaction. The RN plays an integral part in the care for all individuals served.
