Conduct nursing assessments for new admissions and ongoing clinical reassessments as indicated Perform medication reconciliation on admission and as clinically required. Oversee and document client self-administration of medications in the electronic medical record (EMR) Review, transcribe, and clarify medication orders in collaboration with prescribing providers Provide medication and health education to clients and staff monthly and as needed Facilitate client health education seminars monthly and as needed Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant nursing documentation in the EMR Maintain inventory of client medications, OTC medications, and medical supplies Job Details:  Long Island Residential - Queens, NY  Full Time-non-exempt  Salary range $41.15 - $61.73
