Project Manager

This role serves as the primary leader responsible for the successful planning, execution, financial performance, safety, quality, and completion of self-performed concrete projects. The Project Manager will oversee all phases of project delivery, including preconstruction, estimating support, procurement, engineering coordination, scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, cost control, field operations support, quality management, change management, and project closeout. The position will work closely with Hoffman Construction Company project teams, owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and HSI field personnel to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This position requires a strong understanding of cast-in-place concrete construction, formwork systems, reinforcing steel, embedded items, concrete placement operations, productivity management, and self-perform construction practices.
