REG TOTAL REWARDS SR MGR

The Regional Total Rewards Manager plays a key role in delivering competitive compensation and benefits programs across North America. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing total rewards strategies that attract, retain, and motivate talented employees, while ensuring internal equity and alignment with NSG Group objectives. The role partners closely with local SBU leaders and HR Business Partners to address regional compensation and benefits priorities and provide thoughtful, practical solutions.
