Catholic Charities Maine is hiring Independent Support Services Workers to support seniors and adults with disabilities in their homes throughout Waldo County, specifically Belfast, Searsport and Thorndike . What You’ll Do: • Help clients remain independent in their homes • Provide housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation • Run errands (groceries, pharmacy, appointments) • Transport clients using your personal vehicle • Offer companionship and support with daily tasks • Follow care plans and complete simple online documentation What We’re Looking For: • Compassionate, dependable, and respectful individuals • Comfortable working independently in clients’ homes • Strong boundaries and respect for confidentiality • Basic computer skills • Experience is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person Pay & Benefits: Starting pay : $17.69/hour All employees receive: Flexible, self-directed schedule. You can build a schedule that works for you—while meeting strong community demand.
