Compliance Manager

Reporting to the Legal Head in the Philippines, the Compliance Manager is responsible for the proper, timely, and accurate preparation and submission of all Company statutory and regulatory compliances to government agencies by consistently and diligently managing the compliance work outcome of all employees who perform compliance and compliance-related roles including all pertinent pre-work with government and private entities, by executing the Company’s Compliance Program and ensuring real-time updates to the Compliance Enablement Tools, and by diligently monitoring and recommending actions, initiatives, or projects for continuous improvements in all legal compliance work.
