Summary of responsibilities: The Quality Clerk is responsible for auditing, analyzing, and reviewing processes within the department.The Quality Clerk ensures compliance to in-house specifications, standards, and good business practices. Additionally, the Quality Clerk will provide training support to supervisors. Key Responsibilities: • Review production and efficiency standards within operation. • Perform random audits throughout project. • Attend quality monitor sessions with manager and client. • Recommend ideas to improve production standards. • Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly statistical information to management staff regarding quality assurance. • Review/recommend training of all staff. • Monitor production goals • Perform customer service silent monitoring sessions. • Examines project operations for accuracy and conformity to contractual guidelines. • Receive cross-training for all projects. • Other duties as assigned. Additional Requirements: • High school diploma or general education degree (GED). • One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Ability to provide effective coaching and feedback to staff with ultimate goal of team success • Ability to process and retrieve information from a computerized database • Understanding of Microsoft Windows based software (including but not limited to Microsoft Word and Excel) • Ability to effectively communicate in a courteous and professional service level at all times We proactively offer employment and advancement opportunities for individuals from all backgrounds.
